What ever you are willing to pay for it. Price/value is subjective. Research it on the web and come to your own conclusion as to how much you are willing to pay for it or, if you own it, what you are willing to accept for it. It is a good helmet, but certainly has some condition issues which are liabilities that have an effect on value. Jim G.
