M35 Beaded Helmet - Former Double Decal Luftschutz Combat Police - Volkssturm Used?
Another I have had for a long while. It is a former double decal beaded Luftschutz Combat Polizei helmet. The shell is an NS62, lot number 844. It was reissued at least once, as there are 2 names on the liner. When it was last issued it was repainted with a flat medium green combat paint and the Police decals were scraped off. I like to think it was issued to a last ditch Volkssturm member, but we will never know. Hope you like it. Jim G.

( funny how the Yanks never used theirs for another reason ( the M1 web strap WOULDN'T snap - but your neck might )
