A real M35 shell, but it should have an aluminum banded M31 liner. The civil fireman's liner is obviously a replacement. Also, to me it looks as if the decals, although real, are post War applied. The decals appear to be over chips in the paint. The cracking at the top center of the Party Shield, and the missing portion of the decal on the top right are the types of damage you get when an old and brittle decal is applied. I would stay away from this one. Jim G.

Hi, I'm with the guy's 100% here on this one, the decals show the classic signs of being post war applied as is detailed above and the liner is not the original to the helmet. Leon.
