Wow! One of the rare times to see an original camo helmet. Do you have to give it up?

Thanks Vegar, My focus has changed to officer visors so I've decided to let all my helmets go. I wish I could afford to keep everything but that's not the case.
hi mate, i have two visors for swaps!!
Erich, has an interesting pattern. Has this been oiled at one time? I just sent every Heer officer visor I owned to Bill Shea in the summer and sold my Chaplains to Doug O. I kept my 50 mission Heer Infantry however, just looks too darn cool to part with. So I have nuthin fer ya Erich LOL.
Email me if you have any others than the one I just bought from you!!!
I believe it was given a wax coat. it could be removed but it doesn't disturb me. thankfully the liner is untouched.
Erich , you have posted some magnificent helmets, and if id won the damn lottery last night , me and you would be doing business right about now, ive got to wait a week and see if my luck changes lol
Looks nice, and yes if I owned it I would remove the wax coat.
[QUOTE=DougB;198523]Erich, has an interesting pattern. ./QUOTE]
The guy I bought this from, years ago, thought it was an SS helmet and believed he could see the faint outline of a decal on the right. Personally, I can't see anything there.
It's possible it's a double decal but whether Heer or SS we'll never know. Unless of course the new XRF technology is able to "see" it. What do you think Doug?
