    Hi guys,

    I just got this helmet.
    M35 Heer, Q64 lot 466, with about 85% paint, no dents :-)
I know the chinstrap is totally wrong. But i was wondering about the liner. It is somewhat dark, still soft and has the size 56 stamp in it. I dont think it is one of those Norwegian replacements, but wanted to make sure. As far as I know they are more red brown and has a much larger size stamp !?
The decal has been scratched of at some point, doesnt seem to have been resently.

What is your verdict ? Is it worth getting an original chinstrap for or should I let it go ?? I guess I payed too much for it to begin with anyway

Anyway, all inputs are much appriciated

    MFG

A swapped out liner but an original one I believe.

Hi, Dan's said what I am thinking, the liner band looks quite bent in places, so I suspect an original one swapped into the shell. Leon.
