M35 Stahlhelm/Spanish civil war

Hi folks, There is an M35 style helmet coming up for sale - no photos yet. It is like the German M35/M40 style with rolled edge and three point suspension. The air vents look to be embossed rather than riveted. It has the M31 aluminum liner with leather just like the German version. The chin strap looks more like a civilian model. It has been repainted a dark, semi glossy green and it still carries the Franco era eagle and cross crest on the front. Wondering if I should pursue it. I will get photos soon but would welcome opinions and info on what appears to be a Spanish Fascist helmet. NH
