M38 Fallschirmjäger Camo Helmet - Opinion needed!

Hello Fellas.
I'm interested in this M38 Fallschirmjäger Luftwaffe Camo Shell ET 68 with lot number 6227. IMO the shell looks original,but I`m not sure about the decal and the camo paint. I'll be really appreciate your comments and opinions.

Nope, not good. Contrived damage to the paint. If the pictures are from the seller, why is there not a direct picture of the decal.

I have to say I am with Marty on this one, it looks put together with a recent paint job.
The decal claws don't look right either but it is quite hard to tell from the photos.
There was a camo helmet on this forum recently that Frank determined as fake from this feature.

Thanks for your help and the comments Fellas. I had my doubts from the beginning,since the helmet was for sale on Ebay. Why over there 99% of the helmets are fake or at least with hidden defects and messed with? Unfortunately those sellers have no shame.
