m40 with 4 air vents

GUYS INtRESESTED TO SEE A WW2 HELMET I DIDNT KNOW EXISTED IN A HELMET BOOK.It appears to be an elongated m40 with 4 m40 air vents.It also has the ear cut out like some of the m16s .Has any of the collectors one in their collection// ? I asume they are very rare ,and therefore very exspensive.ps sorry for a little shouting

Guys i will try and get a photo on at latest weekend ,if someone dosnt beat me to it/?it in one of those large thick helmet books.I will put details on tomorrow which book .It will be a treat to see it for people who have never seen it before/?

Hi the helmet is on pages 138,139,140,141,of Branislav Radovics book on ww2 germman helmets of the the second ww!There are six pictures of it.It has a standard 31 pattern liner ,and strap,although it says some come with a padded upper shell ,and y straps.Its further interesting to see it painted in red which looks period ,and a second pattern luft decal is oddly above the front peak.It has numbers inside which read 011-64.AS I SAID BEFORE IF SOMEONE DOSNT BEAT ME TO IT I WILL TRY, AND HAVE IT ON THE SITE AT The WEEKEND,oops sorry for shouting !!
