M40 Heer - Original paint? Opinions appreciated

Hello! I have been offered this M40 from a serious seller (he agreed I post these pictures here, he is no specialist in German helmets). To me the helmet itself as well as the liner seems to be original, but I wonder about paint, the decal and the chin strap (repro?). Said to be bought at an auction in England a while ago.
What do you guys think about this item?

Would like to get better pics myself - sorry, I don't have any others as they come from the seller. The helmet is not at my hands...

I agree ,I also do not like this helmet.
Pictures are not the best, looks like repainted helmet and fake decal.

No disrespect meant to whoever the seller is, but, if he is a "serious" collector, than he can take serious pictures. I would pass based on these. I need more, better, clearer and more concise photos before saying a definite yay or nay on this one.
