I purchased this shell with liner band. Shell is marked Q56 or 66 and DN409. Its color looks a lot like my Quist Luftwaffe SD helmet so maybe it was for the Luftwaffe. Comments on its authenticity/value?

100 percent authentic most likely an army could have been a Luftwaffe helmet no way of knowing now
