Hey guys I posted this helmet awhile ago and I tried finding the old thread but I’ve had no luck. I’ve started looking at this helmet again and if I remember correctly a member of this forum or another owned it. I just wanted to make sure it was a good one before I talked with the dealer. I liked it before just never really understood why Over 50% of the damage is to the right side. If a moderator finds the old thread sorry and could you please move this one to it thank you

While I would like to see more hi res photos photos to evaluate the patina etc I’m not seeing anything contrived or odd at this stage. The wear to the dome in particular looks very natural and the liner, strap and shell all look very commensurate. Not sure why it’s more worn on one side but I don’t think this distracts from it too much. The ghosted decal is nice. Just needs an original liner string.

If you can get some higher res images that would be helpful.

I couldn't find the other thread. I have no issue with this one. Looks nice.

First impressions are good on this one, even without the higher resolution photos.
The wear on one side could be due to how the helmet was clipped to the soldiers belt or similar.
