Article about: A basic M42 Double Decal Combat Police helmet, but from the less common HPK factory. The decals are in nice shape. The pig skin liner is very stiff, and unfortunately, was "named"

    Default M42 Double Decal Combat Police - HKP62 - Lot # 3599

    A basic M42 Double Decal Combat Police helmet, but from the less common HPK factory. The decals are in nice shape. The pig skin liner is very stiff, and unfortunately, was "named" with what appears to be a magic marker. Complete with a 1940 dated strap, and a very faint ink acceptance stamp in the dome.     Very nice. Love the HKP lids, just a great shape. Pity about the name but it certainly doesnt detract from the helmet as a whole.
