    SMALL,less chance of being spotted as you hide! Anyway back to the helmet,it looks like a very nice and complete ET HEER to me.I would not worry to much about the colour of the liner,it's not a Norwegian,just aged a very similar colour(hair laquer?grease?). Good find. Leon.

    Funny how the label inside the lid says its a kriegsmarine helmet with a 'golden' tone decal ............ sellers, ha ha!!!

    yeah the seller wanted a higher price thinking it being a KM but its definetly a toned heer,as the laquer over age changes the colour sometimes causing rust
