    You may be thinking of Philipp Bouhler...He was in charge of the Euthanasia Program T4 and committed suicide in US custody in '45....

    If I remember rightly, Doug already has a Buhler named lid. Pretty sweet that two have shown up.

    Very cool helmet and easily the best named helmet ever LOL. Seriously yes I own 2 Buhler named helmets, one is a reissued Heer with a similar rough finish and camo paint underneath and one is an early black SS transitional, researched. Neither are relatives, my Buhler side of the family were all in Canada by then.

    G'day relicz, as you have said the liner pins look good with washers intact so i assume the liner band has never been removed? if so and please correct me if i am wrong, but how do you ascertain the Drp nA stamps on the liner band?
