shell might be original
in general $100 helmet

i would personally stay away from it i would prefer keeping my money for a better one... but still its my opinion i didn't said if it's fake or not just that i wouldn't buy it... i dont like the shell in 3rd photo seems wide? and liner is repro imo...i prefer looking more expert's opinions

I can not find any red flags, that there is no wear dosent mean that this one is fake, IMO is M42 reissued in 1943.

This helmet is good no red flags here.
Reissue M42 the helmet is correct no repo liner.
Was never used.

Its possible that is under the paint decal? Check photo number 5!

interesting - so you mean it was refurbished and never reissued.
there is no wear or even aging on the leather.

No under the paint decal with a reissue helmet it would be over the paint.
