Just wanted to share last years max show find here in pittsburgh pa, can't believe i got for what i got it for, hope the poor guy survived, can't get a good photo of the maker mark but it's et64 with a backwards stamped e, must have been in a hurry.

the helmet looks ok to me, i think maybe the picture is distorting the shape of the liner a bit.

I like the shell and decal looks like it didnt get abused to much in the war.the liner looks consistent with the little use of the shell.lv

Helm looks original-are that "Bloodstains?"
Many "Luftwaffe" helmets were worn in "Flakbatterys" found one like that(as a Boy) in my Hometown May 1945 discartet near an unusual Flakbattery in the City lake Hamburg-maybe interesting?Regards Jurgen

Yep quiete horrible-but Interesting?That Chap shot under the Helmet in the Head by the Looks?I guess dead anyway? any scratches in the Inside of that what pierced his Head?

Bowlin Im not a big helmet guy but could we get better photos of the liner ? Are those little metal rings on the liner ,and why no "blood" on the string? Gary
