M42 Luftwaffe Decal Opinions

Hey folks, I passed this up yesterday but wanted to make sure my eyes were not going bad. I had some issues with this decal and wanted to get some other opinions on it. I have issues with some of the detail lines in the left wing, beak and straight leg of the eagle. Any other opinions or discussion on this is appreciated.

Is it possible that there is perhaps a decal under the decal?

What is up with the white overlapping the border. Maybe a re-issue? Seems odd

It seems to overlap areas of paint loss like it was applied after the fact

I agree. Too much paint wear around it for it to look like that.

Going on those bad pics, the decal design looks bad , it also looks like it was applied over existing wear. I think you are right to pass on this one.
