M42 sanitater helmet-Real?

Hi everybody, i bought this helmet 5 years ago in velvert (germany) What do you think about the shell?

The shell itself is certainly original.

But the National colours decal is fake for sure and it has no place on a Heer M42. I am sorry but I don't believe the paint or other insignia are original either.

I'm with Ade on this one, this helmet doesnt even look right to me and I'm hardly an expert.
