marking inside this helmet

i saw this helmet on ebay and by curiosity and learning point of view i was searching the marking inside this helmet and can find nothing . And i am sure this is anther country helmet can anyone give me an idea

It offers an old historic steel helmet, size 56, the company Carl Henkel, Bielefeld. Der Helm war ursprünglich von der Feuerlöschpolizei, wie der im Helmrand eingestanzte Satz "Vorschriftsmässig lt. Gesetz 3.5.34" zeigt. The helmet was originally developed by the firefighting police, such as the helmet rim engraved phrase "lt Complies Act 3.5.34" shows. Die Helmglocke hat 3 Löcher für die ehemalige Kammbefestigung. The Bell helmet has 3 holes for the former Kammbefestigung.

I would say a civil M 34 or some kind of parade helmets made of aluminum

Same here.....civilian type helmet....fire dept. or police. Combat helmets did not have those markings!
