Modell1940 ET64 Heer

Article about: Hope I can have a little information about my helmet.

    An ET62 M35 shell (the vents are definitely rivets, not stamped, look closely at the picture of the Adler), the correct ET Adler (with the dimple on the bird's left foot), a reinforced aluminum liner band - this is an all original double decal Heer helmet that was not maintained in an ideal environment since the War. This one to me is a one looker. Jim G.

    See it now. 7 O'clock position on the vent bushing.

    A nice looking helmet still. But looks like it could have been a beauty queen if stored better.

    Oh thank you, you're right, the ventholes are rivets. It is a M35

    Correct helmet unfortunately bad stored as Jim already stated. then it was cleaned from the oxidation, dirt, etc...so the result is what we see.

    Yes,in germany after the war this helmets weren't of great value. I think that's the reason for the bad stored. But now this helmet has a save place.
