    Been a little weak on quality helmets here lately. A lot of junkers with the exception of Jim's RLB helmet. So here is one I picked up locally this week. This one really oozes combat use. A large and HEAVY Q66 with multiple layers of paint, one possibly being DAK or at least tropical. This thread will be picture heavy. Enjoy.

    That's a beautiful lid in great condition. Nice to see the better pictures.

    And agree, the story something like this could tell is better than a mint unissued lid (IMHO)
