My first m35 sd helmet

Article about: Hi guys, just thought I'd share my first M35 heer helmet, stamps read EF64 20432, must have been last of M35's issused as M40 regulation, this helmet still retains smooth paint finish though

    Hi guys, just thought I'd share my first M35 heer helmet, stamps read EF64 20432, must have been last of M35's issused as M40 regulation, this helmet still retains smooth paint finish though, not textured finish, If anyone has any info on these helmets or has photos of similar helmets would love to see them thanks Clay

    Could you confirm the true colour of the liner, on my laptop it looks to be a red/brown shade

    Because of the decal type and the steel liner I'd consider this a reissue as opposed to a straight from the factory furnished helmet.
    The highest M35 batch nr I've seen for EF so far is in the 40.000 range.

    Recieved this helmet 2days ago leather does have a slight redish tinge, but is mainly dark brown from age, leather has soldiers name also rivets and leather pins all untouched thanks
