    Default My German Helmets

Hello, these are my two helmets. Neither are pieces for the connoisseur, but I collect on a small budget and these were purchased cheaply.

First up is an M40 snow camo marked ET64. The lining has been removed and messed about with and obviously the decal is damaged.

Next is an M42 helmet. The markings are no longer visible. The lining has also been interfered with and the chinstrap is a repro.

Really nice lids Douglas, with the added bonus of liners!

The decal on the M42 is in great condition.

Quite nice lids and thanks for sharing. Was desperate to get one myself and finally bought one which is nice but it has been refurbished. Still it looks good to display. Will keep my eyes open for yard sales. You never know what may turn up.
