    Guys this is a west German border guard helmet I can pickup fairly cheap and I heard that they used original ww2 shells when they first started so I am only going to post the picture of the et makers mark to confirm, to me it looks OK but you guys know your stuff better then me

    I know quist manufactured shells in the 50's for the BGS, I have a Q she'll and its a dead spit for a wartime shell

    Not sure about ET though

    I heard in the beginning they used original wartime shells, I have 3 bgs helmets, one ls64 and 2 q64 and q66 so if this one is legit then I get it
