I'm going to say it looks good to me. Hard to tell about the decals from pics though.

In order to evaluate a helmet properly several things are needed.
1. head on close up non blurry non glare pictures of the decals.
2. interior pics of the liner, complete.
3. pictures of the shell, complete
4. the lotnr and maker stamps

The first thing a helmet collcetor tends to look at is not the shell or decals, but always start with the liner. Always. it is the thing most messed with.

Until better pics are provided it is hard to say although the paint has a funny blue-green look to it but could be the camera.
