Default "Normandy" Camo M-35 SE 64, SOS pickup

    Hello guys,

I haven't been very active lately, for no particular reason. The Show of Shows arrival inspired me to check in and see who was going. This was my German pick from the show. Its a nice M-35 single decal, with "Normandy" camo. This is definitely the top lid in my collection now! There isn't much the pictures don't say about this one. I like the way the paint has peeled off around the bird leaving the silhouette behind. There is a name penned into the liner but it is VERY hard to read. I see an ELLS, but that is it. It also looks like it had some sort of chicken wire on it at one time, looking at the rear upper paint. This one definitely speaks to me.

I also got a US M-1 helmet that belonged to a 1st Lieutenant, with an officers stripe on the back, that I will be sure to post, and a US pilots helmet, goggles, and O2 mask. Needless to say, I had a great weekend, and enjoyed meeting all the people, and just looking around (even after I went broke!)

    Thanks for looking,

    Nathan

Beautiful pickup. Will bow to the camo experts opinion but it looks righteous to me.

The name looks like Giells try taking the photo and changing the contrast and colors. You probably can make out more letters.
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

That's a "one looker" Nathan, a beautiful cammo in super condition, well done, a pleasure to see. Leon.
