Got a chance to get this as part of a trade deal I am working on and need to knownif liner is a original that's been dyed by the Norwegians, the makers mark looks to be a q64 rear stamp shell and yes helmet has been repainted with fake ss decal, not giving hardly nothing in trade for it so if its a reissued then I pick it up if not I leave it, thoughts guys

Liner looks Norwegian to me. There should be a
size stamped in a large circle.........

Agree looks Norwegian to me but even if not, if your getting if for next to nothing, it could be a nice reenactors lid . As far as the lot number (an I admit I'm expert on this), according to the GHW database, I have seen Q lot numbers in the 10k and 11K range, but not with the S prefix.

That s is throwing me off too, I assume its a q and not a ns maker, he said he couldn't read makers mark but looks like a q to me

It looks like a Q to me but there is some pitting on the inside of the lid.
