    Thanks, mint helmets are nice but I prefer helmets that may have actualy seen battle.

    A good single decal model 42 helmet minus the liner. A nice display piece.

    I agree, it's not just the helmet, it's the story behind each one, the battles it may have seen, the story on how the vet came to aquire it, etc.

    He must have thanked his lucky stars that the bullet didnt penetrate however must have been one bad headache, If only these relics could talk

    I agree I also like my helmets with what I call good wine age.
