opinion on decals from a M34

Hi Chris, to me they look "ok" but i'm not sure what those strange marks are on both decals, little round marks, can you elaborate

I'd be wary of this helmet because of the brush strokes and paint runs.
Any I've seen had a smooth finish - like the paint was sprayed on.

I have not seen paint brush strokes on a M34 police helmet before,I think the police decal looks Ok but I really do not like the party decal ,the decal look off from the center.Also the decals look to have been put over rust(little circle on the decals)

The edges of the party shield give it the appearance of being a sticker, but that could just be from the angle that the pic was taken. I dont recall ever seeing a decal with so much going on behind the decal.

It'm not sure that is rust under the decals, its too uniform and is forming a semi arc, that was worrying me, thats why i asked, it could be paint bubbles and the decals were applied over drying paint, does the whole helmet appear "repainted" to you Chris, inside and out

I do think it has been repainted also.
This was a helmet I was thinking of getting but closer pictures made me say no.

This helmet had to many red flags.
