gday, the decal looks a bit suspect, aged or sanded......i would leave it possibly original relic shell with added decal

carl save your money mate look at the highlighted section you'll notice the decal has been applied ove the "mound/lump" the decal looks to have been sanded if you look at the cut lines on the top

Thanks guys, I was concerned by the scratches near the top of the decal, but wanted to give it every chance...just in case. Tom, I hadn't noticed the section that appears to show the decal was applied over the lump, so thanks for that.

An obvious attempt to fool someone, notice how the scratches only appear over the decal and immediate area and that they are from different directions, as well as the raised areas under the decal
