Parade Helmet?

Hi guys. Just wondering if this might be legitimate German WW2 parade helmet. It has screened vents but looks to have been repainted.

I don't have it in hand but am told that its made of a "light material".

It is not an SS parade helmet.

I'm thinking it could be an officers class parade helmet, it has a more refined civic style liner with top pad and i dont know if its the angle of the photo but it looks like a droop bill ??

I have no idea on the liner or paint. Jim or Chris would have a better idea and Chris's computer is down at the moment.

Bingo! Looks like you're right. Post war at that, with the "Z" stitching and metal eyelets.
