Possible Kriegsmarine helmet

Could I have opinions on this helmet, being sold as Kriegsmarine but I was unsure if it was just a toned heer decal.

Hi, I am sure this lid has been posted before, and I didn't like it then, I still don't. The liner displays no wear, just looks like its been oiled to give some age and I don't like the chinstrap, looks to new. The decal looks like a repro. The design does not look correct to me and there looks like contrived wear marks around the neck area.

It's not a km for sure. And it is a fake decal and chinstrap ....I do not like it at all
