Possible SA helmet /restoration in works

Article about: I got this helmet about a month ago. The inside of the helmet had not been repaint and had the brown SA color to it. So I took a chance on it to see if I could restor it. No decals no luck.

The liner is in super condition with the plastic late war chinstrap.

Certainly looks like an SA Chris. All the gladiator SA's I have seen have been exactly like this. Cloth liner, plastic strap, single piece gladiator, unmistakable brown too. Any sign of removed decals?

It does not look like this helmet ever had any decals.
I have seen a couple other ones with no decals probably very late war.

I'm sure I've seen them without decals also. I think it's a nice lid.
