Was a pretty busy year for me. What about everyone else? Here are my 2015 favorites that I picked up.

I didn't acquire many helmets this year, and over the last 6 months I have essentially stopped for reasons unrelated to my interest and passion for the endeavor, but I was fortunate to pick up these 2 gems early on in the year. The first is a 3 piece Political Leader piece, a grail for which I have searched for decades, the second is a an M35 Feldherrnhalle, with some liabilities related to decal condition, but interesting to me because when it was first reissued as an FHH it was a reverse decal, with a "second pattern" Luft adler on the left and the Feldherrnalle on the right, then repainted brown a second time and re decaled with FHH insignia in the standard configuration. I know this is a "post your best helmet of the year" thread, but I just can't pick. Cheers, and happy holidays to all. Jim G.

Love them both Jim. Eye candy for me. Glad your quest has ended for the political leaders helmet and the FHH is just fantastic. And you can post as many as you want. I posted 5!!!

Here's two of mine from 2015. I Just started collecting German helmets this year and am now up to 4. I got REALLY lucky with this camo M4o....though I'll never know what branch it's from. There is just the slightest peak of decal, but some mysteries remain unsolved I guess!
