Maybe it's the photo, but is the shell painted black (or a dark color, hard to tell)? I think I see paint run under the right front split pin.

It's a weird reissue finish, I made a thread on it a while ago. The right side is repainted but it looks like the left is not. That's not the eagle eyed bit I was referring to though

It's the vents, 2 different size holes if you look very closely.

Ohhhhhhhh, yeah, wasn't Eagle eyes enough to pick up on that! Interesting though, how obvious things are once pointed out to you

At first I thought it was a flak painted i black but now I see what you mean about the rivets. I like it!
