Very nice LS lids , fellas! The best shape ones I've seen in a while. Here is my only one, a beaded M40 ND Q68, big size. It's named in the dome but illegible. It was on ebay listed as "post war re-paint and replaced liner! It is ALL original! LOL.. Thanks to unaware sellers.

Thanks, Dean! It is a bit dusty as I am my cleaning lady. My girlfriend was like 22 or so and bought me it for my birthday. Such a good gal! Yours is a repainted combat lid?

Great looking LS helmets so far, I'm looking forward to seeing more helmets posted. Here is my favorite LS wartime photo to set the mood: German-Helmets.com

Also, here is another photo of an LS on a nice transitional lid.

    Regards, Corey

Lots of nice examples in this thread! Although I've posted this in another thread; heres my m35 Luftschutz, all original and nicely named to "A Zink" in the liner --- aiming for an m42 next
