The fakers don't take professional photos.... they try to hide their work.
Good images show the truth.... and the thumbs are up!!

Has been known in the past for letting some slip through, but on this occasion, as the guys have said, a lovely, albeit, slightly overpriced iMO lid

H-258 Excellent Model 1940 Army Single Decal Helmet

Excellent Model 1940 Army Single Decal Helmet-This combat helmet retains a majority of its rough texture, dark green finish. The nicely toned decal is also in great condition, checking in at a solid 90% intact. Inside, the brown leather liner remains very soft and supple. There is some minor discoloration and wear from use along with a very small separation at the seam in the rear. There is also some scuffing and moderate discoloration at the front. There is a drawstring and a zinc liner band that is super snug inside the shell. The side of the interior is stamped EF 62 indicating production by Emaillerwerke AG of Fulda in the size of 62. The rear of the skirt is stamped with the steel lot number of 11633. There is a worn but complete brown leather chinstrap with aluminum hardware as well. A great example overall!
