RB nr'ed chinstrap... original?

hey guys, what do you think of this chinstrap? its actually being sold by a well-known local helmet faker but i have purchased some real things off of him in the past before i knew of his shady endeavors...

The first question is, if it hasn't been shortened, are there 13 holes in the long end?

It does look short!
What is the RB number? Without seeing some detailed pictures it will be difficult to assess
