    Default Re-issue Heer M35

Here is a m35 Heer lid I picked up in 1992 which i believe was re-issied at one point. The top layer of paint looks to have been brushed on, and I can see the national shield peaking out from the cracks in paint on the right side. The chin strap is missing. The liner is a small size 54, and its a little dried out, probably from spending some time in a hot attic. One thing that I do like about this one is there is a name stenciled on the inside of the rim "Gefr. Neugebauer",it's been painted over but still clearly visible. Also, the remains of a paper lable under the visor with the same name. It looks like it's seen some action. Thanks for looking, Rob.Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35Re-issue Heer M35

Hi Rob, for me that is one of the most interesting single decal factory re-furb helmets I have ever seen. That personalisation that has been "over-painted" is fantastic. I love this ones character, what a find and I am not surprised you still have this one after so many years!! Thanks for showing it, Leon.

Nice honest reissue M35, the grey lined decal says it all. Great helmet!

I really like the model 35 reissues. History personified.

And 'Neugebauer' is such a cracker of a name too!!!!

This is the condition that I like them in - honest combat wear & lightly salted.

    Cheers, Dan
