Real M935 DAK Double Decal?

Is this the real deal? Pics are passable, maybe good enough to make a determination? Could be had in the $2500 price range, which might actually be a steal, or not... I see a lot of wild prices on this stuff. I normally don't pay much attention to DAK stuff, but figured I should probably check this out. The Eagle look like a Bigfoot Q decal?

Guy ssaid he thought it was worth $3500 "based on dealer prices", and I looked around and people are asking nutty prices for stuff, over $10k for an SS helmet, $6000 for a super clean double decal M35, etc... so I thought it would be worth looking into.

Back to the helmet, I just assumed it was an M35 because it's a double decal (also had forgotten the vent holes difference between the two). So, what's the deal there, is there any such thing as a double decal M40 helmet, does this one look legit? The decals look of to me.

I'm not finding this seller extremely communicative, asked for better pics, haven't seen anything yet.

Regardless of price, does the helmet look like a genuine M40 double decal DAK helmet?

There is a reason he isn't sending any more pictures, it isn't a real double decal M40. The decals are bad, the camo is bad, and the seller, well....
