Default Real or Replica German Helmet?

I have a trade offer that includes the German helmet in my photos. I was wondering if anyone can tell me by looking at the photos if the helmet is Authentic or a reproduction?

They did use helmets with decals like this - pre-WWII,

But as Stuka F says, much better photos required.
Outdoor or natural lighting preferably, and no flash...........

These helmets were used in the Third Reich so no problem there.

Even with the blurry pictures, I will say that the helmet looks to be 100% original. It is an M18 DD Heer transitional with an M31 liner and chinstrap. From the vent lugs it appears to be a size 62. Nice helmet! Jim G.
p.s. What does the tag say?

Just curious, but why did they still use the vent lugs if they were not fighting in trenches?

It could be that some of these were First World War stock,
and/or they were still being manufactured before re-design
and productionof the german helmet in 1935.

    Steve.
