    Default Relic M35 DD Lufty!

This is my first WW2 German Stahlhelm. I have a ET64 M16, so I was happy to add this helmet(that I believe is a ET64) to my collection. I got this for pretty cheap considering the damage to the side, and that I believe it's a "recovered" DD. What do you guys think? Was there Mediterranean camo on this Helm? What is the grey paint that seems to be under the blue Lufty paint?
    Thanks,
    Eddie

    Beautiful helmet!

It looks like it was camo'ed at some point during its life. It's a shame that the liner is missing. Nice early adler though!

+1 And the "d" rings appear to be rounded.

dang, can anyone recommend a place to get a legit liner, or am I likely just stuck with repros? Thanks for looking out fellas.

Nice lufty with droop tail 1st pattern adler, as for liners they are available at a price , try any reputable dealer in helmets, but it needs to be the right period liner for the M35 with square chinstrap posts
