    Default Sandy camo M42....questions

I recently received this hkp64 helmet. Upon closer inspection I have some questions. Is the liner authentic......looks too new and there is little sweat/oil stains. I do know the string is recent. How about this paint job......I can see black in some of the places the paint has flaked off. I think this to be a repro paint and possibly liner job. What do you think? Is this one of those black Czech fireman's helmet that someone fixed up. Any chance there is some original paint under the black?
    Thanks.

Looks faked to me. There might be some original paint
underneath but it will take a lot of work to get there.
    Not worth the trouble, IMO.........
