This helmet looks original to me. But I am no expert on helmets.
Hi, looks like a nice original M42 Luftwaffe helmet to me as well. I am not the best on Luftwaffe Adler's but it looks to have the fine feather details to the upper shoulder area's of the wings that I look for! Leon.
a really decent and bigger close-up is necessary for me to be absolutely sure.

The adler and the picture doesn't zoom.
Same here frank. Second set of pictures can not be opened.

These pictures are perfect to examine the eagle in detail and I can happily give two thumbs up now.
