Hello, i'm collecting German since 40 years and I never saw this.
I was in Germany, Belgium, Holland, in these countries, I bought all signals, but never saw this!

A leap of faith helmet...in my opinion. I guess we're to believe used by a reporter, correspondent, or photographer for the German propaganda magazine....? Appears to be an ET (?) M40 with Heer adler removed.

Indeed, but there must be some provenance with an item like this or it is just too much of a leap for me. I would like it to be real, it's quite cool.

What is the source, where was it found, etc etc?
