Here is the stampings on the underside of the chinstrap. I don't see an LBA stamp but I'm fairly certain this is a brown strap. Again, the tip is shortened so there is no maker stamp to provide any information.
Look like the last 3 letters could be LHS? Luft _____ Schule? I love a unit marked strap.
Maybe the whole thing is L.J.L.H.S.?
