Hi , a terrible fake decal i'm afraid. Looks more like a sticker than a period decal and somebody has used wire wool on the area to age it , but all they have done is wreck the surrounding paint, sorry. Leon.

Forum members please also take note of the sanding swirl marks on the decal and area surrounding it.
