Strange triangular decal on 35 LW DD

Hi
I just bought this beautiful mod 35 with the 1st tipe LW decal...but I found something very strange.
look closely on the front of the helmet you can see a triangular shape..it seems to be a decal that someone had remouved! You can see that the paint is little brighter (where is remained) under the decal..seems an old work.
The helmet seems good to me but I really don't know what kind of decal could be...maybe a factory decal for a flak unit? Post war? Specific unit?

It may have been a traffic control decal.Possibly former Luftwaffe Feldgendarme!
That would make it a rare lid indeed
