Tan Color Stalhelm

Anybody know what unit a tan color Stahlhelm with a Shield with a crown and a rampant lion holding an axe use.

The decal is Norwegian. Is it applied to a German helmet? If so, it's would be a Norwegian reissue. After the war, German helmets were collected by the Norwegian army and redistributed for use. Ifyou're up for the task, it's possible to strip the paint to return it to it's original condition. If lucky, the original decals could still be present. Can you post some pics?
