Just got this in today and its in really nice shape almost unissued except the decal on front has been denazified from what I can tell but maybe its just from wear, thoughts

Thanks! From what I can see, the decal looks OK (still learning so might have missed something so wait for others).
But the helmet is in near mint shape except for this odd pattern on the decal. I would guess it is deliberately done.

Not a bad find!
For some reason the Luftschutz helmets have never caught my eye. If I was going to buy one, it would probably be a beaded M40. Need to add one for the collection sometime.
